My experience here was a nightmare. The staff were incredibly unprofessional. They took my exhibition down early and handled/transported my fine art to a secondary location without my permission. For six months, they refused to send photos of the work (making it impossible for me to safely insure and arrange collection), forcing me to practically beg for my own property back. The work was not damaged, making their refusal to cooperate feel entirely malicious. Furthermore, when I (rightly) asked them to remove social media posts related to me, they gaslit me for months—repeatedly claiming the posts were deleted while they remained publicly visible online. I have received zero apologies. They treated me with utter disrespect for no apparent reason.

Disappointing experience - we were a group of 10 having brunch celebrating a 30th birthday. We ordered all sorts - coffee, mimosas, brunch, lots of extras, the bill totalling around £500. We brought a birthday cake and were told that to eat it in the restaurant we would be charged £5 per person. Real shame as our food and drink was very good and our servers were great. Sadly this meant that our meal ended on a bit of a sour and negative note.

The hosts welcome was not welcoming; guests clearly an inconvenience unhelpful and dismissive, the polar opposite of hospitable. We were served by a number of wot staff. Some of the wait and bar staff outstanding had others dismissive and offhand, food was mixed some plates outstanding pork chop in particular was great, others plates under seasoned. Cocktails well balanced and well presented. Would we go back not sure !

Place is super central, with a nice atmosphere. Decent wine list and beers on tap. Food was not terrible though easily forgettable - probably a bit overpriced for what you get e.g. the pictured Pollo Al Mattone working out at around £31.75 including 13.5% service charge (and that’s without sides). Might come back for a drink if I was in the area, though eating somewhere else

Not sure why the low reviews… the staff were so warm and welcoming; food was amazing and great for sharing with a big group. What not to like.
