This studio doesn’t accept feedback and they don’t care about their patrons experiences. I was a somewhat regular for spin, despite quite a few underwhelming classes (what can I say, I love cardio!). On one occasion an instructor got a call from her grandma, and she stopped the class to tell us a story about their relationship. The last class I went to was appalling. The instructor was on the bike for maybe a total of 10 minutes which made the choreo difficult to follow. This was coupled with giving us the wrong instructions, scolding us to correct, and generally having a bad attitude. Spin is difficult, that’s why a good instructor is worth their weight in gold. I emailed them with my concerns hoping to see some sort of improvement in the quality of their classes. The reply I received was incredibly distasteful. They chose to ignore all of my feedback, instead deciding to pick apart time spent off the bike. I was accused of not holding compassion for the “3Tribes inclusivity”, stating they “refuse” to mandate instructors stay on their bike the whole class. So: poor instruction, attitude, and defensiveness is the name of their game. It’s a strange concept, that patrons who pay for a service, are then virtue signalled to be thankful for pennies in return. The exchange is really awful business practice and, if anything, makes me question their ethics. It’s bad enough appropriating the name “Tribe” for a boutique fitness studio in a predominantly White/British area. Treating patrons who share their experiences in the name of improvement like they’re worthless makes it even more problematic. It has taken me a while to write this review, but now I can say for certain I will not be back. If you want to be underwhelmed and treated badly, this studio is for you. Bonus: Studio 1 is a hygiene nightmare, if you’re after a skin infection. This review is written under a pseudonym for privacy.

Disappointing: Rigid policies, rude staff, and slippery stairs We arrived exactly at the class start time (if not a minute early), yet were denied even 3 minutes to change into gym attire. The receptionist told us that if we didn't want to be locked out, we should go into the class exactly as we were, in our street clothes. For a studio that claims their "no late entry" policy is about "safety," suggesting we workout in street clothing does not look like a great way to promote safety. If management is truly concerned about safety, they should look at their facilities first. While rushing to make it to the basement studio, I nearly slipped and fell on the stairs. Pretty ironic that they obsess over a 2-minute delay while ignoring actual physical hazards on their premises. The staff's attitude was awful . When the instructor looked out to see if everyone was in, the receptionist literally shouted "L., close the door!", basically in our faces, without trying to help or mediate. As we were leaving, she dismissively said “it’s okay, no worries,” as if them losing customers is a worry to us. I might understand a safety policy, but in my experience, trainers here rarely provide corrections during classes anyway. All in all: rude, illogical, and a total waste of time and nerves in traffic

I’ve had such a great experience. The space itself is calm, bright, and welcoming, with a really lovely energy that helps you switch off the moment you walk in. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. I’ve especially enjoyed classes like Barre, and Pilates, which are all well-structured, inclusive, and easy to adapt to different levels. Studio 2 has a more intimate feel, which makes the classes feel personal and supportive, and you never feel rushed or out of place. It’s a beautiful community-focused studio where you can move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Highly recommend to anyone looking for high-quality classes in a warm, nurturing environment.

Fantastic. I went to William's 60 min Ride on a Friday night. I have spent more than a decade going to spin classes of various kinds in the UK and the US and this was one of the best sessions I have ever attended. I'll be going back. Recommended.

I was really rooting for this studio, but unfortunately it’s a no for me. They have serious hygiene issues, nothing feels clean. The studio feels very old and dated, and the classes are very mediocre and basic. I was shocked that nobody wiped their mats after hot Pilates, and there was no spray or tissue available. The reception staff is unfriendly and unhelpful, just very poor customer service. Overall, this studio is overpriced for what it offers. I do not recommend.
