  I’ve been doing reformer with Kay for around 9 months now and it been fantastic. She does the classical repertoire so no trendy ‘bouncing around’ that doesn’t actually build strength. I’ve found I progress every week and I can feel my muscles getting stronger. My stomach is flatter too. I really enjoy the hard work and benefits of reformer. If you’re looking for a professional, clean, enjoyable 1-2-1 or small group session, Kay is your woman. I would go anywhere else. Well worth the financial investment.

  I’ve been doing 1-on-1 Reformer Pilates with Kay since January, and for the past couple of months, I’ve been doing 2 sessions a week and the difference it’s made is incredible. I started as a complete beginner. I still remember struggling with my posture and having no clue how to properly engage my core. Now, my form has improved so much, my posture is strong, and I feel more confident in my body than ever. My main goal was to be slim and strong, and I’ve achieved exactly that. I started at 63.5kg and now I’m 50.5kg - a 13kg weight loss. That’s with the help of both Reformer Pilates and the gym. But Pilates has been the game-changer when it comes to core strength, posture, flexibility, and balance. It’s also helped me so much with horse riding. I feel more stable and in control, and my core and gut strength really support me in the saddle. I honestly can’t believe how much Pilates has helped with my riding journey. Kay creates such a calm, supportive space, and every session is tailored to exactly what I need. I always walk out feeling stronger and better. I’m so grateful I started this journey with her.
