I would like to raise a complaint about my experience with the reception staff, Lilly and Christian on Monday 15 June 2026. I arrived approximately 15 minutes late for the class and was informed that the studio has a policy of not allowing entry more than 5 minutes after the class starts. While I understand that policies must be followed, I found the way this was communicated to me unnecessarily rude and dismissive. In particular, Lilly’s attitude and manner were unpleasant and unprofessional, which only added to an already frustrating situation. I have been attending Triyoga for over 20 years and, until recently, have always had positive experiences. Unfortunately, the standard of customer service I have encountered lately has been disappointing and unlike anything I have experienced at a yoga studio before. To make matters worse, the booking for today’s 7:15 class had disappeared from my account, forcing me to purchase another booking in order to attend. As a result, I incurred an additional cost because the original booking was no longer visible. I also cannot see the booking I made for the 7:15 class on Friday, which has likewise disappeared from my account. I would appreciate a full explanation of what happened to these bookings and confirmation of whether staff members have the ability to remove bookings from a member’s account.

I joined Triyoga Chelsea in Nov 2024, and initially it was a lovely studio with a great range of yoga classes across three well-sized spaces with some excellent teachers. The environment was clean, calm, and welcoming, and the staff were always friendly. However, early last year the studio was reconfigured to include a reformer Pilates space. This reduced the number of yoga classes and significantly changed the overall atmosphere. Classes became more crowded in a smaller studio, and the noise from the reformer sessions made it difficult to enjoy what should be a peaceful experience. Despite this, I remained a member for some time, as there were still enough classes I could attend. Following further cancellations of those classes, I decided to cancel my membership and gave notice in person on 1 March. I was asked when I wanted it to end, and I said the end of the month, assuming this would align with my billing date on the 29th. I was told this would be fine. I was therefore surprised to be charged again on 29th March for April. When I queried this, I was informed 30 days' notice is required as per the contract. While I don't dispute this, it had been well over a year since I signed this agreement, and I would have expected this to be clearly pointed out at the time of cancellation. I contacted the manager to ask whether the charge could be waived as a gesture of goodwill but received an unhelpful response referring strictly to 'company policy'. As a result, I have effectively been charged an additional month due to a one-day discrepancy. Whilst this may be contractually correct, it feels unreasonable and disappointing from a customer service perspective. Overall, it's disappointing to have had to cancel due to the reduction in classes, and this final experience has left a particularly negative impression. My overall rating is O stars!

I recently attended two yoga classes at this clean and very well-equipped yoga centre with very helpful and kind staff. Iyengar Level 2 with Mirja Nissen Mirja made me feel welcomed from the very beginning. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring poses and movements with the support of props, under Mirja's guidance. The creative use of props helped me develop balance and strength and release tension in a playful and comfortable way. Do not be intimidated by the “Level 2” label — I have only attended some Iyengar classes myself, and I believe this class can benefit students of all levels. Dharma Level 2 with Emi Tull Being introduced to Emi’s classes was a dream come true. Emi is such a kind, patient and inspiring teacher. Although this was my first Dharma yoga class, she guided me through an experience that was enjoyable, accessible and deeply nourishing. In just 90 minutes, I learnt so much and felt physically, mentally and spiritually uplifted. I left the class feeling empowered and inspired. The uplifting energy of Emi’s teaching and her as a person has stayed with me ever since. I feel so grateful to have found such a wonderful yoga teacher and spiritual guide. Om!

I used to really enjoy coming to this yoga studio. However, since merging with the Pilates studio, it no longer feels like a dedicated yoga space. During Sunday meditation sessions, it’s difficult to relax due to noise coming through the thin wall from the Pilates classes next door (the situation is similar for other classes as well). It’s also disappointing that many of my favourite instructors have left, they used to come up and correct everyone even if it was a very busy class. The current class schedule isn’t convenient for those working at least 9-6. Overall, a lot of confusion with the booking new app and everything. I cancelled my membership. PS I also requested for my membership to remain active until 14th April (and I have an email to confirm that), but it appears it was cancelled early on 14th March, which is frustrating and not what I had asked for.

Gorgeous studio 🤍 very spacious, cozy with super friendly girls at the reception and big variety of classes every day! Went so far just to one Vinyasa level 2 class, but would definitely like to explore more. Though recommend having your own yoga mat - even though the studio has decent ones, there are not very new.
