I have had Pilates sessions with Ana for the last 18months and have loved every one. Ana is a fantastic holistic teacher - her understanding of the body is amazing and her ability to improve strength and posture is brilliant. Each session is challenging and supportive and I leave each hour feeling energised and re-set. I am loving seeing the changes in my core and upper body strength too. A fantastic Pilates teacher.

Ana has been a crucial part of my pregnancy, offering Pilates sessions perfectly adapted for my needs, as well as craniosacral therapy and sound healing with crystal bowls. She has a very positive and caring nature which makes sessions uplifting and fun and I also found myself doing more things at home to care for myself inspired by our conversations. I can’t recommend pregnancy Pilates with Ana more highly! I feel so much stronger and better for it. Thank you Ana 😊😊😊😊

Ana is an amazing teacher. Her classes are well structured and work towards long term goals, and she always provides alternatives if required to support injury recovery. She is also very friendly and is always happy to provide guidance on how you can achieve your fitness goals, inside or outside of the class. Would highly recommend doing pilates with her!!

Anastasis is a great instructor! He provided a tailored approach to my lower body mobility and provided a training plan to work towards my goals. Absolutely would recommend!

I worked with Anastasis for about 6 months before I moved out of the area, and that was the best choice for me! I'm an active person and did different types of exercise in my life. But I still learned a lot (and I mean it!) about my body and the way exercise works on me. I didn't have either reformer or pull up bar experience before though, and ended up doing both, which was a lot of fun! The sessions were always adaptable to any goals (I needed some time for that, because I couldn't even figure them out initially!) or the way my body felt on the day. I also always felt very comfortable in the studio - despite it being in a residential house, with free coffee, comfortable temperature (and occasional gentle cat visits) it felt like a more premium experience than Third Space gym (and it does say something!). Obviously, they are different, but still. And yes, I forgot about back and neck pain from my desk job almost instantly. Now that wasn't exercising for some time... yeah I remembered about it again (but I know what to do about it now). Thank you both!
