    There is no Pilates in London as good as this. I have consistently really enjoyed every class I’ve attended at the Kensington studio. All the instructors are the best of the best and I’ve really felt a different after only going for 2 months. Courtney, Verity and Eva are truly amazing too.

    This studio is amazing! I love the instructors vibe, super professional and helps you with your posture. Clean and smells fresh around the studio too. The lighting is amazing it looks so chic to take selfies. Really highly recommend if you enjoy a Pilates class but with a Lagree twist to it on your reformer. Front of house super kind

    I have been to quite a few pilates studios around the world but unfortunately this one was the least enjoyable. The facilities and location are good but the rest is a different story. I was advised to come 15min early for induction as it was my first time and I have done so. The induction lasted about 30s at the start of the class. The instructor only pointed a different parts of the machine saying what they are used for. I wouldn’t mind so much if it wasn’t for the fact that the tempo of the class is intense and it was very difficult to grasp the correct technique. I had to rely on the lady next to me to understand what was the next exercise! The instructor barely explained and corrected any positions. The music was so loud even when she was saying anything you could barely hear. I don’t remember last time I left a pilates class so overstimulated but also not feeling I actually had a good workout!

    10/10 THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Ive been doing pilates for 12 years and this is top tier. The LED REDLIGHT class was sensational, Courtney really pushing you to do things you didn't know your body was capable of, the 5 min meditation at the end really sets the positive energy for the day and the berry protein shake is a cherry on top. chefs kiss. thanks karve!

    Ordered socks over a month and a half ago and they still hadn’t even shipped. Communication was extremely poor throughout I was ignored multiple times and repeatedly given dispatch dates that never happened. Every time I followed up, the timeline was pushed back again with more excuses and false promises. They also promised a free pair of socks due to the delays, which never arrived either. In the end, I only received a refund after having to explain my consumer rights and that after 30 days I was entitled to one. It genuinely felt like I was being misled throughout the whole process. Very disappointing experience and completely unacceptable customer service. Would stay away.
