    I have been a member of this studio from when it first opened last year, and from that day up till now I love going. Paula and all the instructors are very friendly and professional, they make you feel at ease and can also have a good laugh, the studio is a nice size and not overwhelming especially for the first time I visited. There are a good range of class times to suit all and plenty of choice of different packages to purchase as well as an option to pay for classes as you go. All in all great studio and I would highly recommend ⭐️

    This is an absolutely fantastic studio - I joined here 2025 and haven’t looked back. Paula and her team are brilliant. They accommodate all levels ( and personalities) the classes are so varied but it’s the quickest 45 minutes of my day! I just can’t get enough of the place AND the people. Whether you’ve done Pilates or reformer before or not this studio is amazing. It should be on your list of places to visit to exercise, have fun and 100% get fit! Easy parking also 👍 After joining with a membership I’m completely obsessed - fantastic place to be amongst likeminded people - time to focus on just ME oh we’ve had some laughs. Recently I suffered an injury and all of the instructors working with Paula the owner really looked after me and the girls in class made sure I was ok regularly checking up that I hadn’t gone stir crazy being away for some weeks!!! Love love loved🥰❤️

    Fantastic studio, absolutely love it! Very welcoming and friendly. Paula is a brilliant teacher with a great team of instructors running some of the classes. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone and everyone, even if you haven’t done it before there’s always a workout to suit all!

    I’m new to Reformer Pilates so didn’t know what to expect, I was a little apprehensive but there was no need, the studio is amazing and Paula my instructor was fantastic, so friendly, motivational and encouraging, made me feel at ease and by the end of the class I felt like a pro, even though I’m not even close! There is beginner classes for newbies like me and All level classes for people who have done it before. I’ve already booked more classes and can’t wait to go back!!
