Rise Reformer is fantastic. I'm so happy you opened in Stroud! I've done several classes with different instructors and they've all been brilliant. The studio is lovely, spacious and clean with really nice equipment, and I appreciate that there are daytime classes (which work best for me) as well as early morning and evening classes. If you've not tried Reformer Pilates before, definitely give it a go. I know from experience that you don't have to be athletic or coordinated to enjoy and benefit from it. And Rise is definitely the place to do it. Top marks from me!
I've had such a great experience at Rise reformer Pilates studio. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and always take the time to ensure everyone is using the correct technique. The classes are challenging yet accessible for all fitness levels, and I always leave feeling stronger, more energised, and refreshed. The studio itself is clean, welcoming, and has a lovely atmosphere. The small class sizes mean you get plenty of individual attention, which has really helped me improve my strength, flexibility, and confidence. Today me and my friend visited the new Rise reformer studio in Stroud. It’s such a lovely fresh space and we felt very welcomed. Our teacher, Daisy, was super friendly and supportive, she was brilliant with my friend who had never done Pilates before making sure she was happy with the equipment and had the right form. I would highly recommend it to anyone, whether you’re new to reformer Pilates or have experience 😁
