The most beautiful reformer studio in London. The location is fantastic (3 minute walk from St John’s Wood station) and the building is gorgeous. The vibe is perfect for reformer and the classes the really challenging but in a good way. I can’t go reformer anywhere else now because my standards are too high.

Fabulous reformer studio - really beautiful location and great aircon! Instructors are great. Particular shout out to Kai whose classes are AMAZING - challenging but super enjoyable with great soundtracks and always adjusting everyone to make sure they are doing each move correctly which ensures the best results. Highly recommended!

Most beautiful Pilates studio in London ✨🎀 Dropped by this location while travelling for work and I’m so happy I did! I love trying new Pilates in different cities around the world and this has to be one of my favourites, a bit pricy but worth the time I promise you! The studio itself is absolutely gorgeous- if you have the option I would book the stargazer class to see the beautiful tall ceilings and windows! The facility was very clean and well kept, the instructor was super friendly and welcoming 😊 I only didn’t know where to go upon arrival since there isn’t really a check in per say but it didn’t matter just went to the studio room and was greeted warmly ✨ thank you so much for an amazing class, will definitely stop by my next business trip in London! 🍑

Had the best class with Rich. The class was very hard as it should be, and Rich payed attention to me, helped and corrected me when needed. I had a great workout!!! Also the facility is lovely, very beautiful room

New to London and bought a 10 class series. the space: 5 stars, plenty of room, clean, lots of windows classes: 5 stars, super challenging, decent music, def focuses on the core the instructors: 4(ish) stars, overall they were great but a couple got a little snippy & short when i didnt pick things as fast as they wanted. easy fix-just didn't take their class again. NOW, the fun part. The customer service/policies: 2 stars. I recently moved to the UK from a whole different country and unfortunately I did not understand how much Londoners rely on the tube so the first day of the tube strike I leave my flat to find a Lime bike...usually tons all around. this day....gone. all of them. No forrest, no nothing. I try to uber, gett, etc. Nothing. I start walk/running but there is no way I am making it 1.5 miles in time. So, I walk home and immediately contact them. I explain my situation and asked as a one time courtesy, for a new member/new resident who has never lived in the UK or London before and had no idea that a tube strike would disrupt everything ,and asked for the class credit to be restored, again, one time as a courtesy. Nope, they said.. Long story short, they dgaf. Basically said that I should have prepared better. Fine! Now I know better. I still have 3 classes left in my package but I injure my leg and unable to workout for 2 weeks then to Italy for work for 4 weeks. I return to London, healed and ready to resume classes only to find out that all my classes expired! Like Wth?! Apparently classes expire 3 months after you buy them! That is insane to me and should be highlighted in their literature. I have literally taken over 100+ pilates classes in many countries and NEVER had a class expire in 3 months. It's not practical, especially in the summer when ppl are often on holiday. This policy serves one person:the owner. Certainly not the customer. So basically I bought 10 classes and only got to use 6 of them. Not cool. It's bad customer service and I will not be returning. I'm well aware that means nothing and they don't care (unless your high profile/celeb) and that is fine.Lucky for me, my money spends in other studios just as well. 2 outta 10/would NOT recommend. In reply to their response that they don't see any correspondence re: expired classes, You already made it perfectly clear that your rules/policies are not flexible and are as rigid as ice so why would I waste my time pleading? If you want to have policies that only benefit your bottom line, that is your right, but own it. It's also the right of the customer to leave their honest opinion. All the best! xx
